Due to the Passover holiday, the M.O.D. offices in Tel-Aviv will close
Starting Wednesday, April 12th through Saturday, April 22nd.
The Offices will reopen for work, Sunday April 23rd.

April 23rd is submittal date.
Response is expected in Magnetic form only!

Maximum aloud files size (all in all) is 15 MB.
In case response exceeds this figure, please submit on CD.
CD's can be submitted personally on Sunday April 23rd, (or before April 12th).

NOTICE!
Please be advised that attachment "D" has been published.
Aircraft evaluation process will start after RFI submittal.
The proposed A/C will have to comply with the advertised mandatory requirements.
Aircraft that met the mandatory requirements will be test flown and further evaluated and graded according to the table (ATTACHMENT D).
The GOI/MOD will give a written notification to respondents, as to their proposed A/C qualification/disqualification status.
The GOI/MOD will schedule with relevant manufacturers a flight test. (In Israel or at manufacturer's facility, at manufacturer's discretion).
Flight test Procedures:
Generally we intend to make approx. 10 sorties, including 1 night sortie.
Exact syllabus and other relevant requirements including insurance issues will be published in a later stage.
Manufacturer will bare all the cost and responsibility of the flight test.

Site Survey participants are asked to email us requests as to what their expectations from the survey are, and or to present specific questions regarding the visit, in order the GOI/MOD to better prepare the event.

SITE VISIT
As stated in the RFI, the GOI/MOD will hold a site survey of the "Zukit" facility at the "HAZERIM" Air Force Base, near Beer-Sheva.
The Visit shall take place between Monday, January 23rd 2006 and Wednesday January 25th.
A detailed visit agenda, including exacts dates and schedule will be provided directly to participants via email.
Respondents, who wish to participate, are requested to submit the following data as soon as possible:
A.
For Israeli nationals - Name, Company, Title (position), ID Number, Contact phone number.
B.
For foreign nationals - Name, Company, Title (position), Citizenship, Passport number (preferably a scanned copy of the main passport page). Contact phone number. Company phone number. Israeli sponsor/representative (if applicable).
C.
Respondents are requested to limit the number of visitors to up to 5 people.
